Slurry Wall Containment

A recent project consisted of assisting an owner with gaining agency approval for a slurry wall containment for a lagoon closure. The agency had received a critical report from its engineering consultant. The owner, a large industrial company, enlisted our help to provide a practical counterpoint. Ultimately the project went forward with the slurry wall concept and was successful.

Jet Grouting & Biopolymer Slurry Trench

Another project was known to require a deep trench drain to collect contaminated groundwater. The numerous buried utilities on the site threatened to make the avoidance of the utilities more expensive than the remediation. The Engineer enlisted our help. Geo-Solutions proposed jet grouting around the utilities to provide a combination jet grout barrier and Biopolymer slurry trench drain that reduced costs and allowed the project to be completed ahead of schedule.

Dam Repair
