Most of our assignments have been for contractors that were executing technically challenging projects. Owners employ us for the technically-based, yet construction savvy service we can provide. We often act as technical project manager, providing support to the management team in productivity assessment, construction methods, claims support and the similar services. Often we can provide one person with the experience and training to serve in multiple roles such as project management, quality control and the direction of geotechnical specialty work, whether it be for biopolymer trenches, groundwater collection, slurry cut off walls, or any of our other services. When working for owners, we can represent their interests in getting a project done on time and on budget while meeting technical requirements.

Here are a couple examples of recent project management work that we have performed:

Reviewing a construction practices on a large grouting project and recommending changes in a program. We were recommended to the owner by the contractor and oversight engineering firm.

Serving as the construction manager and on-site owner's representative on a major cap and containment for a lagoon closure.
