Quality Control Equipment
Quality control is a feature of all of Geo-Solutions' projects, whether they be
slurry walls,
bio-polymer drains,
permeable reactive barriers,
soil mixing,
jet grouting or any of the
other technologies that we implement in the field. Geo-Solutions maintains a qualified quality control staff as well as all instrumentation required to assure compliance with this most important part of any project. Some of the equipment used on typical slurry wall quality control projects is shown below.

Specialized Slurry Testing Equipment. Geo-Solutions has a large stock of all of the field measurement kits to measure slurry and grout parameters in the field. This is a typical field setup for slurry wall quality control. |
| Flow Meters for Measuring Slurry or Grout Flow. Some projects require high volumes of flow and accurate measurements of flow rate and total volume of material placed. With a magnetic flow meter like the one shown here, we can measure flow of various fluids, including grouts and slurries. |

Automatic Density Meter used for in-line Control of Slurry and Grout Densities. This device is used in conjunction with our automated batch plant to control slurry mix ratios when components are mixed in a continuous mode. The operator of the plant gets a real time read out of the fluid density so he can make adjustments to feed rates of input materials to make corrections. |

Geo-Solutions has electronic and computer controlled panels for plants, pumps, silos, rigs, and meters. Mixing quality and material proportions are controlled and monitored.
